First, the fact that they do their best to recycle. The men who came to pick up the item were professional, patient, determined, and courteous, and efficient. The piece they had to get out of the room was not easy, but they persisted, and found a solution and were in and out in twenty minutes. They had the best attitude and never lost it, it was a very positive experience.

I liked the way you could estimate the cost prior to committing to a pick-up. Of course I ended up with way more than I thought I would, and your customer service was able to update my pick-up information. The gentlemen came right on time, and did a terrific job of removing my junk. They packed the truck efficiently, so as not to overcharge me. I like the fact that some of my junk will be recycled and not just automatically go to a landfill.

What a pleasant experience. I can tell you that I have used other junk removers before this was by far the best experience. From the pre-visit call to the actual pickup it was very professional. The 2-man crew was professional and exercised great care in their removal of large furniture from my home. They did an onsite estimate within 15 minutes of arrival, processed the order and we were on our way. It all took an hour......amazing.

All areas of service (from pickup, furniture removal, etc.) are covered by the crew. Communication was solid and clear, prices were reasonable. The members of the crew were polite, hardworking, and pleasant. The role of the company - and what is done with the furniture after removal - is exactly what is missing from most places (i.e. reduce, reuse, recycle - trying not to add to landfills any more than necessary)!

Our date of service was initially scheduled for Saturday, June 25th with a time slot of 11:30am to 1:30pm. I was called around 11:20am that morning stating they were behind schedule & would come later, which was fine with me. However, they called at 2:30 that day to say they were on their way. Unfortunately, I was leaving but they did reschedule for Monday, June 27th. When the drivers arrived that morning, they were extremely polite & more than willing to accommodate my ever need of junk removal. Because they felt bad about my appointment having to be rescheduled. They took every item mentioned. In fact, there was one item they could not fit in the truck (a hutch) but the drivers assured & kept their promise to pick up the item at a later time to have the item donated at a local charity. You could not ask for a better team of workers & dedicated employees. The pleasant phone services of contacting the customer within and hour before arriving at the location is awesome.
