I was called before hand (twice) to confirm the pickup and double check address, etc. The men also called prior to their arrival to let us know they were on their way. When they came in we went over everything that they would be removing. Once we signed the paperwork, they moved through the house doing their job. Even though they were basically removing "junk" from this house, they were respectful of the site and the surroundings. We were impressed with the job they did and would not hesitate to call Junkluggers again. As a matter of fact, we already will need them once more to complete this Estate cleanout. We also received a receipt explaining how things are recycled; very impressive!
