To Whom It May Concern, I will be writing a formal letter to Junkluggers in the near future, but until then, I just want to extend my thanks to the two wonderful workers that you sent to my Mom's apartment on 07/15. Their names were Gabriel and Fernando. Unfortunately my Mom is in Hospice and is nearing the end of her life, and I had the sad task of packing up and moving my Mom's belongings out of her apartment. This is a very difficult time for me and I found much comfort in knowing that some of her belongings would be donated by Junkluggers to people who could use them. Gabriel and Fernando took great care in removing the items from the apartment and packing them with care on to their truck. They showed great respect to me as well as the items they were removing from the apartment. I don't know if Junkluggers participates in employee recognition programs for their workers, if you do, then you should really consider recognizing and thanking Gabriel and Fernando for their outstanding services and fine representation of your company. Thanks guys!!!!

The two gentlemen that came were great! Very personable, fun, happy and positive. They were a pleasure to deal with. The way they packed the truck was a true work of art.
