Everything! Very organized, really nice, professional people - both phone and in person! Very efficient group. Junk luggers was very responsive. I had specific needs that the could handle. I also had a budget that I wanted to stay under so while they were here I was able to add some items without extra cost, it's based on load size and when I made the arrangements I had no clue how much space it would take up. Renting a dumpster would be cheaper but then you are stuck with the task of moving everything, my items were heavy and awkward, they were a marriage saver.
