Due to a last minute notification that my new bedroom set was scheduled for delivery in less than 48 hours, I began calling the usual charity organizations. However, none are making pick ups because of covid-19. In panic mode, I remembered an ad I received in my mailbox from Junkluggers. I called and advised that I needed pick up service ASAP. The young lady who answered my call said she had one opening on the schedule for the day. Your team arrived about two hours later and did a fantastic job on my behalf. I was pleased with the service provided by The Junkluggers of New Haven County. I had to have a piece of furniture removed within 24 hours to make room for new items. The original company I had called to do the job did not follow through at the last minute. When I called Junkluggers, they were able to accommodate my schedule and arrived the next day to remove the furniture. The reps I spoke to on the phone were very polite and informative, as were the two movers who came to pick up the furniture.

I liked that there was clear communication from your employees. Customer service followed up quickly when there was a problem with the website and I was mistakenly double booked. Also, the driver called twice. Once to indicate when in the appointment window he would arrive and a second time to indicate he was 1/2 hour away from arrival. Great customer service!
