II NEVER do survey reviews, but feel so strongly about the impeccable service I received, start to finish, that I feel compelled to share. Booking my appointment was a breeze; all my questions were answered in a professional manner. An online reminder was issued in advance of my appointment day and a gentleman came to the house to give me an estimate prior to date of service so there were no surpises. The two young men who came on moving day were respectful, supportive and highly competent. It was a rainy day and I had LOTS of furniture to be removed from a third floor apartment, but that didnt dampen their spirits in the least... they remained cheerful and courteous. I have recommended Junkluggers to countless people and will continue to do so. They are superior in their arena and I could not be more pleased... THANK YOU, JUNKLUGGERS!

Junkluggers had a truck at our house the day after we call. The haulers arrived at the agreed upon time and got right to work. We had large and small items to be removed from the basement and most rooms of the house. They surveyed the items, explained our options, and gave us an estimate. As soon as we agreed to the price, they got right to work. They worked quickly and thoroughly, taking care to minimize any mess. They were very courteous throughout, and were done within an hour and a half. We would definitely use the service again if need arises...we would recommend it to others.

Fernando and Prince came the morning after I called, they were friendly and cheerful, they quoted me the lower end of what I was expecting, and they took the whole bed away in less than 20 minutes.
