This was my 1st experience with the company and I would definitely use again if needed. Best part was the ease of scheduling pickup and availability. They arrived early in my time window and I showed them what I needed to have removed and they gave me the quote and promptly removed items and were out of there.

I purchased a new house, arrived for a walk-through prior to closing, to discover the seller had not removed ANYTHING from the house. I needed a team like Junkluggers immediately to clear the house. Called on a Friday morning, and Junkluggers was here Friday afternoon to start clearing the house. #2: The team was very easy to work with, with minimal direction- They were only able to clear half the house that Friday afternoon. #3: The team returned the following Monday and completed the job, again, very easy to work with and with little direction. At completion, we did a walk-around and I asked for some additional items to be removed, all with no issue. As my belongings were to be delivered that following Tuesday, it was imperative that the house was emptied, and Junklugger team accomplished that. THANK YOU.

When they called and gave me a time they were here at that time. The two young men (Fernando and Johnny) were very nice, friendly and professional. I hope that they get recognized for their manner and character. It was a pleasure dealing with them and, imagine my surprise when I was given a discount because my new purchase was from Raymour and Flanigan! I was very impressed and also happy that much of what is collected is donated or recycled.
